Is this a course for healing trauma?
This is a trauma-informed course, which means it weaves the intention of learning to meditate with the intention of avoiding triggers or by indirectly nurturing the ability to heal trauma. It does not directly address trauma beyond this level. Dealing with a specific trauma is best done by working 1:1 with a professional.
When does the course start and finish?
The course starts now and has a daily lesson and accompanying guided meditation that become available each day for 14 days, until they've all been released. Once released, they can be completed in any time-frame and there is no limit to when it ends. This course has a daily drip format, but can also be completed in a self-paced manner. You decide when you start any lesson once it has been released. After enrolling, you have unlimited lifetime access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
Is community participation necessary for the course?
While community participation is available for those interested, it's not mandatory for this course. We offer a vibrant community as an optional resource to enrich your learning experience.
