Hi, I'm Gretchen, a somatic trauma specialist and energetic intuitive dedicated to guiding the release of trauma through the body by facilitating the movement of energy.

As a survivor, I specialize in supporting adults who have experienced childhood or intimate partner abuse trauma and have dedicated my life's work to fostering the messages of self-acceptance, self-compassion, and self-regulated healing.

Is this a course for healing trauma?
This is a trauma-informed course, which means it weaves the intention of learning self-care practices with the ability to heal trauma. It does not directly address trauma beyond this level. Dealing with a specific trauma is best done by working 1:1 with a professional.
When does the course start and finish?
The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish. After enrolling, you have unlimited lifetime access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
Is community participation necessary for the course?
While community participation is available for those interested, it's not mandatory for this course. We offer a vibrant community as an optional resource to enrich your learning experience.
